Fee Policies
We believe in transparency. Here's exactly what fees apply and when.
Missing Pieces
- •First 10g of pieces are free (about 4-8 standard bricks)
- •Beyond that: replacement cost + 15% restocking
- •First-time forgiveness for new members
Missing Minifigures
- •Always charged (not included in free allowance)
- •Minimum $5 per minifigure
- •Replacement cost + 20% restocking fee
Unreturned Sets
- •14-day grace period after due date
- •Email reminders at days 7, 14, 21, 30
- •Full charge after 60 days overdue
- •Market value + 20% restocking
Administrative Fees
- •Mixed sets: $15 if pieces from multiple sets are mixed
- •Expedited processing: $10 (optional)
Buy-to-Keep
Love a set you're borrowing? Keep it! Paid members can purchase borrowed sets at a discount.
- 20% off current market value
- Must have borrowed for at least 7 days
- Available for Builder and Master members
Flexible Borrowing
Don't have enough bricks? You can still borrow and pay the difference at pickup.
