BrickForever is Seattle's LEGO sharing community. We let families borrow LEGO sets instead of buying them, so you can enjoy endless building adventures without the cost or clutter. Think of it like a library, but for LEGO!

It's simple: Browse our collection, reserve the sets you want, pick them up at our Seattle location (Thursdays & Fridays, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM), build and enjoy for up to 14 days, then return them and pick something new! We verify all pieces are complete, and your deposit is returned.

We currently serve the greater Seattle area. Our pickup/drop-off location is at 2533 31st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98144. We're exploring delivery options for the future!

Getting started is FREE! You can borrow your first set with just a refundable $20 deposit. For unlimited borrowing, we offer Builder ($45/month) and Master ($65/month) tiers with more bricks and benefits.

Currently, you can borrow one set at a time. This helps ensure everyone in our community has access to our collection. Premium members get priority access to popular sets!

Free tier members can keep sets for 7 days. Basic (Builder) tier members get 14 days, while Premium (Master) tier members get 28 days. Need more time? Just ask us about extensions!

We carefully verify every set before lending it out. If you notice any missing pieces when you receive a set, let us know right away (ideally within 24 hours) by replying to your confirmation email. We'll make it right!

Yes! If you need more time, just reply to your confirmation email before your due date. Builder and Master tier members get one free extension per borrow. Extensions are subject to availability.

Return sets to our pickup location at 2533 31st Ave S, Seattle, WA 98144. It's the same location where you picked up your set.

We're open for pickups and returns on Thursdays & Fridays from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Please make sure to return during these hours to avoid late fees.

Late fees are $5 per day, up to a maximum of $25. We send reminder emails before your due date to help you avoid late fees. If you're having trouble returning on time, please contact us - we're happy to help!

We understand accidents happen! If a few pieces are lost, we can usually replace them. For significant losses, there may be a fee based on the cost to replace the pieces or set. Always let us know - honesty is appreciated!

The free tier gives you 50 welcome bricks (one-time), which is enough for 1-2 rentals depending on set size. You get a 7-day borrowing period. It's perfect for trying out the service! Upgrade to Builder for monthly bricks.

You can upgrade from your dashboard at any time. Go to your dashboard and click on the membership section. Choose Builder ($45/month for 100 bricks) or Master ($65/month for 200 bricks). Payment is handled securely through Venmo.

Yes! There are no long-term commitments. You can cancel your paid membership at any time, and you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours.

You can update your phone number and other contact information from your dashboard. Click on your profile section to make changes.

To delete your account, please email us at contact@brickforever.com. Make sure you've returned all borrowed sets and have no outstanding fees. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
